01Using our site
By using cullects.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older, or use the site with a parent or guardian. Please give us accurate details.
02Products
We show our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look different on screens, packaging may change, and stock is limited. We may change or stop selling a product at any time.
03Prices
Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). If a price is shown wrongly, we may cancel the order and refund anything you paid.
04Orders
We confirm orders by SMS, WhatsApp or email. A confirmation does not guarantee we can fulfil the order. We may cancel an order, limit quantities, or ask you to confirm your details. If we cancel after you paid, you get a full refund.
05Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Cash on Delivery. We do not store card details.
06Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and can be delayed by couriers, weather or holidays. See our Shipping Policy.
07Returns and cancellations
Returns follow our Return & Refund Policy. You can cancel an order before it ships. After that, please follow the return steps.
08Our content
The logos, text, images and design on this site belong to Cullects or their owners. Please do not copy them without written permission.
09Fair use of the site
Do not use the site for anything unlawful, try to break into it, upload harmful files, or copy content with automated tools. We may block access if you do.
10Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
11Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by things outside our control, such as floods, strikes, government restrictions, power or internet outages, or courier disruptions.
12Law
These terms follow the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute goes to the courts of Pakistan.
13Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
