All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. If an incorrect price is displayed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund if payment was already received.
04Orders
After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation via email or SMS. Receiving a confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order, refuse service, limit quantities, or request additional verification. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
05Payments
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation or verification. Cullects does not store your complete payment card information.
06Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by couriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control may occur. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
07Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to its conditions.
08Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted — customers must follow the return procedure after delivery if eligible.
09Intellectual Property
All content on Cullects — logos, product descriptions, images, graphics, website design, text, and icons — is the property of Cullects or its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
