How we deliver your order across Pakistan.
- We deliver to every city in Pakistan.
- Delivery is a flat Rs 199 per order.
- Orders ship within 1 to 2 working days.
- Delivery takes 2 to 5 working days in major cities, 4 to 7 days elsewhere.
- Pay with Cash on Delivery when your parcel arrives.
01Order processing
We pack and ship orders within 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the next working day.
02Delivery time
Major cities: 2 to 5 working days.
Other cities and remote areas: 4 to 7 working days.
Weather, holidays or courier delays can sometimes add time.
03Delivery charges
A flat Rs 199 per order, anywhere in Pakistan. You see it at checkout before you place your order.
04Cash on Delivery
Pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready if you can.
05Tracking
Once your order ships, we share your tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show updates.
06Your address and phone number
Please enter your full address and a phone number you will answer. The rider may call you before delivery. To change your details, message us before your order ships.
07Damaged or wrong item
Check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged or wrong, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it free.
08Refused or failed delivery
If an order is refused, or cannot be delivered after repeated attempts, it comes back to us. Sending it again may cost another delivery charge.
