Return & Refund Policy
How returns, refunds and exchanges work.
- Return unused items in their original box within 7 days of delivery.
- Damaged or wrong item? Send a photo within 48 hours and we replace it free.
- Refunds are sent within 5 to 10 working days after we receive the item.
- We pay return delivery when the mistake is ours.
017-day returns
You can return an item within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original box, and has all its parts.
02How to return
Message us on WhatsApp or email us with your order number, the reason, and photos. We reply within 1 to 2 working days with the return address. Please do not send items back before we confirm.
03Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Check your parcel when it arrives. Send us photos or a video within 48 hours of delivery. Once we confirm, we replace the item or refund you at no extra cost.
04Items we cannot take back
For hygiene and safety: personal care and beauty products, customised items, gift cards, and items marked Final Sale.
05Change of mind
The item must be unused and in its original box. You pay the return delivery.
06Refunds
After we receive and check the item, we send your refund within 5 to 10 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we refund by bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash or Easypaisa).
07Delivery charges
The Rs 199 delivery charge is not refunded, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong.
08Exchanges
We replace damaged, faulty or wrong items, subject to stock. For anything else, return the item and place a new order.
09Cancelling an order
You can cancel before your order ships. Once it ships, please follow the return steps above.
